Dr. Jaroslaw Kosinski

I am an experienced consultant - with more than 20 years of international experience in consulting on personnel issues and leadership development, recruitment, strategy and mergers and acquisitions. For many years I have worked in leading consulting firms: BCG, Deloitte and OC&C. My passion is talent acquisition and building outstanding teams. I specialize in sectors such as industry, consumer and professional services, technology and digital transformation. I am a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where I earned a master's degree and a PhD in economics.

I started my career in consulting at Boston Consulting Group in Warsaw, Poland. I have worked at BCG for 9 years and as Principal I was responsible for developing relationships with key clients and leading consulting projects. I personally managed many large-scale restructuring and integration (PMI) projects in Central and Eastern Europe. After leaving BCG, I founded and built my own consulting firm - Valuecom Management Consultants. After 5 years of rapid growth, my company merged with OC&C, an international strategic consulting firm. For 5 years, as a partner, I led OC&C's operations in Central Europe, built the private equity practice and advised leading private equity funds, and corporate clients on M&A processes. Later, I worked at Deloitte as a partner responsible for M&A strategy and commercial due diligence services across Central Europe. I am an entrepreneur who believes that people are the most important factor in the success of all ventures. I am the originator, co-founder and investor of two startups in Poland, operating in the areas of smart city and real estate. My hobbies include traveling off the "beaten track", and playing tennis and table tennis. I have recently been learning Bulgarian in my free time.

I am a Ukrainian, residing in Poland for almost 10 years. I have many years of experience in sales, customer service, and business development. I started my career path with a real estate office, where almost in 4 months I managed my own office, recruited and trained employees. In my work, I like to use modern technologies to help find the best candidates. I graduated with a degree in marketing from the Cracow University of Economics.

I worked as a business consultant and trainer at Accenture, after which I changed direction slightly and went into Business Development. This is how I have been successfully helping start-ups launch their businesses into foreign markets for a couple of years now.
